| Tri-Technologies, Inc.,
was incorporated on April 24, 1996 and commenced operations on May 1,1996.
The company is a made-to-order manufacturer of mechanical parts and assemblies
for sale to private customers such as Litton Industries, IBM Corporation,
B/E Aerospace, British Telephone, Raytheon, and certain Agencies and Departments
of the United States Department of Defense and the United States Postal
Service (USPS).
Some of the products currently
being manufactured are for use in the M1-A1 Tank, AN/PVS Night Vision Goggles,
a Submarine Simulator, a 45 cal. Semi-Automatic Pistol, First Class Letter
Sorting equipment, Food Trays for airline seats, spare parts for Sidewinder
(LAU-7/A) Missile Launcher and an installation tool for Telephone Terminal
Blocks.
The owners and officers of
Tn-Technologies, Inc. are as follows:
Mr. Dennis J. DiDonato,
President
Mr. David Hirsch, Vice President
Messrs. DiDonato and Hirsch
previously held positions of President & Chief Operating Officer and
Vice President of Operations respectively with Dawn Special Systems, a
public company that provided assemblies and spare parts to private customers,
the DOD and the USPS. Messrs. DiDonato and Hirsch were responsible for
sales, production and management of the company. Under DiDonato’s direction,
annual sales increased from under $2 million dollars in 1989 (when the
company went public) to over $10 million dollars in 1996. Messrs. DiDonato
and Hirsch also developed a new product line which resulted in $1.8 million
in sales the first year it was marketed.
Tn-Technologies, Inc. owns
a 7,000 sq. ft. factory/office facility at 17 North Bleeker Street, Mt.
Vernon, NY 10550 and owns a 35,000 sq. ft. factory/office facility at 240
River Street, Scranton, PA 18447.
Tri-Technologies, Inc. currently
employs approximately 34 full-time individuals performing management, administrative,
quality control and manufacturing and assembly functions.
The founders of Tri-Technologies,
Inc. have learned over the years that the only way to assure quality performance
is to design and operate a Quality Control System. Tri-Technologies, Inc.
has designed its Quality Control Systems to meet the requirements of MiI.Q-9856,
MiI-l-45208 and the ANSI-Z540.1 and ISO-10012-1 Calibration System Requirements.
In further recognition of
the need for quality control procedures, Tri-Technologies, Inc. is currently
implementing procedures to meet the requirements of IS 0-9002.
